I thought I read or ssaw somewhere recently in some obscure book that the Statue of Liberty was built and designed as a monument to be placed at the Head of the Suez Canal and it was only after some other happenings that it was gifted to the United States.

If I recall correctly it was a reputable source

Capt Flak Sir, The ball is in the scrum, thats true! but we're just eyeing the opposition before the next play. Its a bit like team racing with EC12s. The whole point is to get the team of Ec12s across the finish line before the opposition.

Them thare' kiwi lot can be 'tricky' at times.

Tosh mate before the captn' plulls the plug tellem' all about the 'new fandango' (I can't remember what you actuately call it)in your NZ Ec12 boats that has the Ec12 world 'down under', a buzz. Come on Shipmate, they have to find out sooner or later? And see if somebody can put up a picture , for one picture is worth a thousand words.

Time for the Capt'n to jump in and pour water all over the fire. I want to keep the forum a spot to obtain info and help for the EC12. The bandwidth is expensive and for items off the subject, I will refer to other places of discussion.

Sorry guys, lets get back to EC12s. [V]
