Count me "IN" i'll send my entry so you get it on your return. Need the practice after a hot long summer. Just hoping Carter Cane is sailing that, plus racing against a hot fleet plus seeing Becky & Ricky are the reasons I'm coming up. Carter, I'll bring the stool.

Fran, I am excited to get back to racing action at your regatta. It has been nearly a year since I had my boat in the water. My entry is in the mail.

Let me know if you need me to bring another Water Letter Outer. YUK YUK YUK.

The Sun City group always puts together a fun social gathering and this year was no exception. Full on barbecue dinner with every type of appetizer snack you could imagine plus desserts. Oh! I forgot...OPEN BAR! Is it too early to send in my entry for next year?

Thanks again to everyone for the fun weekend. Next year please provide B rig weather out of a direction that allows upwind starts.[:D]

This was a very challenging regatta and the wind made for some really frustrating times, but the hospitality shown by the Sun City group and the wonderful dinner party made this event very special. I agree with Reichard, Can I send in my entry for next year now?

Thanks to everyone at Sun City, I had a great time.

Also, congrats to Alan Perkins on a great win and hats off to Reichard who did the right thing and withdrew himself from a heat after making a mistake that effected the finishing position of another skipper.

Everyone should take a note from Reichard's actions. It is a very hard thing to do to remove yourself from a chance to win, but it is the fundamental principle of sportsmanship and what our sport is all about.

You are a class act Reichard.

I agree - that was a class act and very impressive
How many of us would have done the same?

Reichard is a considerate sportsman and leads by example. Retiring is not just part of the rules in certain situations but is the heavy lifting of sportsmanship conduct. Salute with a funny coke.[:)]

Well, that regatta was sailed in very light conditions but handled expertly by the Sun City guys who managed to get a total of 22 P&R races in, well done and thanks again to Fran and his crew. My turn next in The Villages, hope I can do as well.
