Interesting!

Do we pay money for this hosting service? Do we know what happened and what the service will do to prevent this from happening again?

yes we do and the hosting company is now in peril. Performance is needed. It is easy to make a change.

Like many of the companies we have used; they have go features and services for our needs but then are bought up and become something else.

The point is that the costmer cannot demand service that is publicly offered. It is a matter of working with them till they do, or go.

Can we ask if a "photo album" feature is offered?

Good idea, Doc. Let me think and set something up. I have not be able to get an official site going with a host. Give me a couple of days.
