Solution: The class will request organizers in Florida to consider a regatta with RCR status in the class and one from the rest of the region to do the same. The chevrons awarded will be rotated, as the event is now. This will begin with the 2007 NCR period starting after the close of this period. Exactly what is being said here? Is it your intent to have 2 Regional Championships, yearly, within one AMYA defined Region for this class?

Good Morning Ken,
Just like the whole thing said; two RCR status events in regards to the NCR automatic invitations and one set of AMYA chevrons going to one for the regional champion.
