The Florida EC12 Association has a series of regattas that finished yesterday. The first of the four regattas was the Gator, in The Villages. Next the Dudinsky Memorial in St Petersburg. Then the Valentines Regatta, held in Hobe Sound followed by the Jacksonville regatta in St Augustine. Each regatta's scores are proportioned (or ranked) according to the number of participants. Skippers would normally sail but instead are the Race Director or Assistant are rewarded with third place score for that event. The cumulative points of the 4 regattas determines the Season winner.
For the 2022-2023 season from November to April we had 34 skippers entering in at least one of the regattas. The top five are:
