What a great day so far. I have not looked at the scores so don't have a clue. But, I do think Reichard Kahle is out in front. He told me around lunch time that he and I were within one point of each other, but that changed pretty quickly as I had two bad heats in a row. The surprise Bubble Boy for the day seems to be Alan Perkins. He made three trips to B-fleet in just 8 races sailed. If not Alan, then it is probably George Balaschak. Again, I did not look at the scores, so it is all guess work on my part right now.

Getting ready for the party now. The folks at Sun City really do a great job. We always know the racing plays second fiddle to the hospitality at Sun City-Hilton Head people. Hats off to Dale and his crew for a job well done today. the weather looks good for tomorrow.

Another great regatta and even better party. Al's new closed in porch was amazing. The Sun City folks are simply the best and always show us a great time.
Reichard held on the win, but just by 2 points in front of Ricky who was just 2 points in front of me. Alan Perkins rallied from his off day on Saturday to secure 4th place and Fran DiTommaso really put on a great show to finally take home one of his own Bowsie Trophies.

Thanks Dale and your whole team for a well run regatta.

Thanks again Fran and Sun City crew for another great regatta, one you don't want to miss. Sorry I insisted on passing on the Black Sambuka, I just stick to what I know (and thanks for that).

Never mind. I just saw it. Sorry I had to miss this year. It's a favorite.
