The Liberty Bell is fast approaching. It's two weeks earlier than normal to avoid the start of fishing season. Though, with our weather this Winter, they may just be wrapping up the ice fishing season by then. :D

(note: Mervin Jones is on the list, but will not be able to make it)

Get your butt moving if you are planning on coming.

Tom,
Today, we had 59 degrees all at the same time. Before, it took adding up the temps from a whole week to get that many degrees. There is hope.

Also remember, we're the idiots that put on the FYBOR.

Gentlemen,
I just got off the phone with Jamey, your RD for this weekend. He reminded me that he has a really good set of rain gear, which means this is a rain or shine event. Look on the bright side, it's not snow this time. We are making progress towards Spring.

Bring your rain gear and "B" rig. It's time to jump in the puddles just like your mother told you not to.

Dinner Saturday night will be at UNO's at 6:30 with my favorite waitress. We have a big table in the back.

Nineteen courageous sailors gathered today at Mt. Laurel to compete in the Liberty Bell Regatta. It was a dreary, rainy day but we managed to pull off nine races! The air was good for Mt. Laurel but unfortuantly the rain took over and we had to pack up shortly after lunch. After nine races the top five sailors (before throughouts) are Danny Thomas with 12pts, Mark Rinehart with 13pts, Dave Ramos with 17pts, Harry Mote with 19.2pts, and from Vermont Ken Shaw with 24pts. We are hoping for better weather tomorrow and we will post the results as soon as possible. Thanks to all who toughed out the weather with us today and a special thanks to Nick for providing us with an amazing spread, Luke Betz for joining us and Skip and Jim for all their help. Looking forward to tomorrow! -JamEY

The 42nd Anual Liberty Bell Regatta came to a close today. Once again, the conditions were poor leaving us soaked at the end of just three races. It figures that as soon as we began to pack up our boats we were graced with the only dry period we had all weekend. The fleet dropped from 19 sailors to 13 sailors for the final three races which left us with one fleet instead of the cess pool system. The top 5 sailors remained the same but ended in different places than they had yesterday. Thanks for a great weekend, only wish the whether had been better! Thanks again to Nick Mortque, Skip Hall, Luke Betz, and Jim Flach.
