It is almost like the PGA FedEX Cup. If one of the top five win the Annapolis Regatta they win the Colonial Cup. (I know it doesn't exactly work that way) That is some tight scoring at the top which will make Annapolis an interesting regatta. Glad I'll have a front row seat to watch the action as the RD. So with the scoring so tight is there a tie breaker in place for the Colonial Cup over all?
