Does anyone know the torque spec of an Osmon proportional arm winch? --Jim Linville

...........I recently found a paper copy of an old Larry Robinson webpage that listed the Ozmun W-12 proportional swing arm winch "with 180 oz. in. of stall torque."

I hope it helps.

That is correct. If you are thinking about sail plan load, I can tell you that two boats for the Delta fleet were built with the W12 winch. I have seen them perform in 12 to 18 mph air without a problem. The sheeting resolution is good also.
