is the Ball bearing version worth it?

$250 for a sail winch is way out of control for our purposes. If you prefer an arm winch, the standard Ozmun will do just fine. If you would like to try a drum winch, the RMG Smartwinch is the one most EC-12 sailors have grown to love.

Hi Reichard,

Got the sails today ....Thanks your Check should be well on it's way to you

I got a RMG with my #1 Boat along with a Houtz mount..... it presently has a Dumas Unit in it...... I am plannin g on building a new boat in the near future and will be saving the RMG for it as I think it is more trouble than it is worth to put the RMG in the heavy Dumas boat......I'm just looking for a proportional system for the Dumas for the time being. Even though I am getting good with the old crash box Dumas Control unit.
