What test line is everyone using for sheets? I assume fro DB's post he is using 50#
Does anyone know the test strength of what shroud material they are using?

I am using .018,(7 strand) minature wire cable from the bead shop where my wife gets stuff for bracelets and such. I bought her a huge roll (1000 feet) for a gift (48.00) and flinch as much as I need. The manfacturer is Cable Strand corporation.I double thru # 1 crimps and have not had a failure yet.

The building site at
www.ec12.info has all the size and test values for line and wire in the sections where they are used. This information is generally placed in the heading of the page along with tools that are needed.
You do not have to go into the Electronic Checklist to find this. The Main section links are located on the "Building the EC12" page.

I'm using #50 dacron line on the sheets and #80 on the continuous loop for the winch.
