Source for a jam cleat??

I've searched everywhere and perhaps one doesn't exist but does anybody know of a source for jam cleats that could be used in place of bowsies. I'm aware of jam cleats offered by GBMY (Item # 177) but I'm interested in the spring loaded type found on full size boats -only minature.
