Anyone have a source for "ring dings" used to attach sheets to booms?

I am not sure I understand the term but the Building Site shows the sail attachments to booms at the Delta shop.

The only ring dings I know are Drake's, made by Hostess. Very good I might add. But I'm sure that's not the ones your in search of. Can we get a better description?

These wing dings are not as good as Twinkies. But, alas, Hostess is bankrupt. The items I am referring to were shown in the addendum to the build site posted by Scott Vernon. http://www.ec12.info/MY/MY168Vernon.htm is the link, specifically referring to sheet attachment to the booms. Where is Scott when you need him? ROC maybe??

Basspro. Some other fishing tackle store, Also I want to say the fishing tackle department of a department store, but I think the last time I looked at Walmt, the ones they had were flimsy looking.

You need to make sure that the ones you buy have the necessary strength and have a decent thickness to the wire, The ones with thin wire will straighten out/fail under load. I know that is not a very helpful statement, but I do not know the pound rating or size number of the good ring-dings.

Make sure you get round ones rather than oblong, which might also be available.

These are a common fishing tackle item.
Do get the ones with some gauge(wire thickness).
I'll pick up several and have them with me-ask and you shall receive.
