When making holes for the spars of course one is not aligned correctly.
Any suggestions on plugging holes on the mast. The mast will be painted or powder coated anyway. Please no suggestions on buying a new one. I already know that option.

Totally agree.
Less weight aloft anyway!
Really we are not joking, these goldspars are way strong enough with tons of our mistakes in them to stand up.
Do a good job on your swedges-thats where failures occur.

Joe,
If you are interested in filling the holes there are a couple of options. One is a product called JB WELD which is a two part epoxy used to repair engine blocks etc. Pretty strong stuff and should be fine for small holes. There is also a product called liquid aluminum which comes in a small tube. When either one of these dry, they are hard as any metal and paintable.
I am sure there are other options out there, these are just ones I have used.

Thanks Chuck. That's the answer I was looking for.
