This hull needs to have a defined documented date of manufacture. Graves boat Yard was removed from the approved manufacturers in 2004. I personally had conversations with Charlie on the phone vs his continuation. We agreed that a relationship was at an end.

This sale, as a documented EC12, is suspect. Additionally, there is no YRN listed that can be traced to the Class Registry.

This hull for registration under the class rules would need more information and confirmation. This is my personal opinion, as the officer in charge at the time.

Rick is correct. This boat will NOT be registered with the Class without documentation proving it was made during the time Graves Boat Yard was an approved manufacturer.
