Test Tank construction / ballast pour

Thanks to all for your suggestions. I know some of this seems old hat or simple but being here in the EC12 desert it helps to have a group to think things through with. With the thanks to a very generous individual I was sent a ballast for our group and have now made a mold from it to cast others. Maybe within another year we can be hosting the R5's for EC12 who knows. We are hosting the Victoria R5's in May so we can be warmed up for the big boats.
