Turning block shock absorber

I INTEND TO FIT TURNING BLOCK TO LENGTH OF TRACK AS OTHERS HAVE DONE.
QUESTION IS CAN I JUST BOLT BLOCK TO TRACK
OR DOES THERE NEED TO BE SOME SORT OF SHOCK ABSORBER BETWWEN TRACK AND TURNING BLOCK [?]

I just bolted the bow turning block through an aluminum arrow shaft, don't need any kind of absorber at all.

I THINK YOU MAY HAVE MISUNDERSTOOD THE QUESTION
AS EXCELLENT AS THE BUILDING SITE IS.IT DOES NOT YET HAVE ANY PICS/INFO OF ABOVE SET UP (PERHAPS IN THE FUTURE RICK ? )
