Torque requirements for EC12.

Postby fvracer1 » Tue Dec 14, 2004 1:06 pm

I have been asked to help install servos in an older Hickman hull and was wondering what the feeling in the fleet is as minimum torque requirements necessary for an EC12 or offer Servo suggestions. I plan on using a dual arm setup. Please reply to fdv@dcx.com The Hickman also has the older style rudder. Is the new "barn door rudder" necessary if we are going to do mainly "A" rig sailing???? Thanks

Hi Frank,
Rather than getting into a lot of typing if you will go to this link on the Building site you will find answers to all your questions on electronics and the recommendations. You will also find a link to the swing arm sections.
