The better hull....

If given a choice between an Ozmun and the new spec 95 hull, what are advantages or disadvantages of both.....????

For what it is worth, and I am sure someone will disagree with me, but I think the difference between all the hulls is dependent on the quality of the finish build, the tuning of the rig and the skill in the thumbs. And don't forget the biggest variable of them all...wind.

I do think there are differences in the quality of the workmanship in the manufacturing of a hull. You will get what you pay for in terms of the layup, gelcoat, etc. But in the end, it will always boil down to the skill behind the radio.

Frank,

I would have to agree with Joe on this one.

You can make up for alot with a skilled skipper.
