Went to the site for some reference information on rig construction and could not find it. I think I recall that there were some server issues (i.e. the upload burped) mentioned not long ago. Is this still an issue?

You might still be able to navigate well enough around in the site in its current state to find what you are looking for. Start at "site update listing" link. See Feb 15, 2006 - electronic checklist. Hit that link. Page 3 of the checklist links to some rig/mast pages.
