I think this might be interesting information for some people. It is a how to book that has information like a comparison of displacement, righting moment, etc of a model sailboat versus a full size boat. The example is an Etchell. Lots of other info as well. I found this several years ago and decided to find it again tonight.

I am glad I got to meet Swede several years ago and buy a few parts from him. He also let me race his Skalpel M Class boat at the local pond. Great guy and now very much missed.
