Who makes hulls in Canada

greetings to all

Just wondering is there anyone making EC12 hulls in Canada?

Seriously thinking of up grading to the EC12 for 2005 and thinking of building threw the cold long Canadian winters.
If there isn't a Canadian maker thinking if one is in Oregon or Washington or Montana I may make a road trip to pick one up before we get snowed in.
