Posted: Wed Jun 26, 2013 1:18 pmWe just had an informal one day regatta last weekend. It was just the North side Atlanta guys with the South side Atlanta guys. We had 9 boats show and had a great time. hopefully we can do it again in July and open it up to everyone. No entry fee, no prizes, just fun.

I agree there is not much chatter. Thats not to say that there is nothing going on. I know that our two main supplies of hulls and complete boats are flat out right now trying to keep up with orders. Our club members try to get out and sail each week but we are not always able. We have a bunch of younger sailors who are still fully engaged with kids (camp) work(travel) that takes our minds off the game for a time. The good news is things have already started heating up around here with the J Nationals and our Mystic EC12 regatta on the horizon. Lots to do.
