Worlds largest sail boat or yacht

Postby Skip Quinn » Sun May 23, 2004 6:09 pm

If you want to see the biggest go to BBC world news and in the search put sailing yachts for hire. The Mirabella V. Mast is 295 ft. $30000.00 a week to charter. Skip[8D]

The charters will cost 135,000 pounds per week, which is in the neighborhood of $225,000 per week. It was featured in Sail Magazine and Sailing World Magazine in the last couple of issues.

I was going by the exchange rate from the last time I visited England. When your in the neighborhood of $225,000, what's another $26,484.48? Maybe if we get all the EC-12 skippers in the country to pitch in $100 each year, we could all go sailing on it in ten years.[:D]
