Nothing has changed. The event is still based the entrants home country rules. Or, as it is said, "If it walks like a duck and quacks like a duck..."
Goran and his countryman have US hulls. So do the French, British and Canada. Down Under it is more like those before the 95 Standard.
We will have some from our US Class sailing under the country flag of their heritage like, NZL, GBR and SWE. Chartering is available and 94 will likely be available. I have not decided yet. There are a lot of other boats that could be available without any trouble as the owners will be there; Jim Linville, Bud Cassidy, Papa Gerry, Doug Wotring for starters.
